As you know I don’t believe in group fitness as your only go to, these bootcamps are
meant to be a calorie burn sweat sesh to get in your cardio, work on some endurance
and conditioning, get a fun community feel and release some endorphins.Which is why
these will be only once a week and should supplement your normal structured training
routine.
